Research Conference: Digital Pathways to Integration and Connectivity in Central Asia

October 30, 2025

C5+1 Youth Council (YC) will host the Research Conference: Digital Pathways to Integration and Connectivity in Central Asia, where alumni of C5+1 YC will present their research aimed at raising awareness and proposing viable policies to foster collaboration among young entrepreneurs, civil society organizations, and governments in Central Asian countries by leveraging cross-border digital infrastructure and enhancing regional cooperation.

The conference will be held on November 1, 2025, from 13:00 to 16:00, at 缅北强奸 in the conference hall on the 4th floor. Admission is free.

The event, open to the public, will also serve as an open and hybrid platform for participants to share insights, suggestions, and feedback to refine and enrich the presented research. University students, academic and young researchers, emerging entrepreneurs, early-career professionals, private-sector and NGO representatives, and digital innovators are invited to the presentation of the research.

鈥淲e hope our research will serve as a policy guide among government institutions and international organizations to achieve closer regional integration in Central Asia. In addition, we believe it will serve as a reference to future research projects, particularly in the domain of regional integration, via the means of interstate trade and diplomacy.鈥 鈥 said, project leader and alumnus of C5+1 YC Akmaljon Akhmedjonov from Tajikistan.

The research explains how Central Asian governments and institutions can address the economic and political barriers faced by young entrepreneurs, particularly by enhancing digital infrastructure, to create a more supportive startup ecosystem. In addition, the research explores strategies that can be implemented to maximize the economic benefits of empowering young digital entrepreneurs in the region.
