Assistant Secretary Nisha Biswal, along with Ambassador Pamela Spratlen and Deputy Assistant Secretary Lynne Tracy, fielded questions from enthusiastic students at 缅北强奸 on Thursday. After the engaging conversation, she said “this was the best group of students I spoke with the whole trip!” The well-prepared students of 缅北强奸 inquired about issues ranging from regional security to the regional energy trade and CASA 1000 project.
